Admissions Overview

We are delighted that you are considering ISP for your child’s education, and we look forward to working with you in close partnership.

We accept students throughout the year. However, it is important for families applying to ISP to understand that space for new students may be limited. We strongly recommend that families contact the admissions office directly to better understand our current enrollment situation.

In order to speed up the decision of acceptance, be sure to submit all the required documents. We will begin an application review only after we receive a complete application. The student must also complete our school's assessment prior to a confirmed acceptance.

Our academic school year runs from early August through mid-June; the first semester ends mid-December and the second semester commences in mid-January.

Admissions Timeline

Complete and Submit Admissions Application and Required Documents

We release applications in January for the upcoming school year that begins in August. We will only review and consider applications after all required documents are submitted and verified. Payment is not due when you submit your application.

For applicants placed in the wait-pool, the process stops here until a space becomes available.

Process and Review of Application

If space is available, ISP will contact the applicant's parent(s) to start the admissions process and schedule an interview and/or test (if applicable).   A non-refundable application Processing Fee of USD250.00 is required, whether or not the applicant is able to be accepted.

Acceptance, Conditional-Acceptance or Denial

In most cases, acceptance will be offered in April and May for the upcoming school year, or as spaces become available.

Confirm Enrollment

Once an applicant is accepted, all tuition and school fees are due by the designated due date to secure a space.

Students admitted to the school will receive an official admissions package via email.  The admission package contains further information on day-to-day school life and several forms which need to be completed.

Submit Additional Documents (prior to start date)

Before the first day of school, the following steps are required:

  1. Final and official transcript/school records
  2. Payment Contract
  3. Letter of Acknowledgement
  4. Information update
  5. Any other missing documentation
  6. For high school students, a meeting with one of our counselors is required to select classes, prior to starting class.
