ADMISSIONS SEQUENCE
ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE
Following the test, the Admissions Committee will review
each complete application to evaluate the student's potential for success within
The International School's program. This committee will consider many factors in
order that each classroom reflects a balanced group of boys and girls,
nationalities, transient/local population, languages, ability, interests and
personalities per class.
WAITING LIST
If there is no opening at the time of application, the
applicant's name will be placed on a waiting list for the appropriate grade
level. The list will be carefully reviewed as openings come available. Parents
who wish to withdraw their application should advise the school immediately.
Admissions
Early applicants will be
notified by June of acceptance for the following school year. During the school
year, applicants will be notified on a continual basis, as spaces are available.
Review Of Admissions Decisions
Students whose
applications have failed to meet admissions criteria may be reconsidered for
admission only after review and approval by the Admissions Committee.
