The following section is
taken from the School's Policy Manual, Section 8.300, 8.302, 8.302,8.303 and
8.304 respectively:
The Director will make
decisions about student placement after consulting with the Principal after
reviewing the age, school records, achievement tests and/or teacher
recommendations.
The Director may
readjust placement after school begins following a review of the child's
performance and an appropriately scheduled parent conference.
Generally placement in grade levels will be by age on 1st of September of the academic year as follows:
Junior Kinder
Age 4 by 1 September
Kindergarten
Age 5 by 1 September
First Grade
Age 6 by 1 September
