Our 5^th grade field trip to Mar y Pesca was a fantastic one. We want to thank Mr. Fotis Lymberopulos and all the staff at Mar y Pesca for making our visit an experience to remember forever.

Students saw how fresh seafood is processed and prepared before being exported to many different countries. The high tech machinery, human resources, and organization involved in the process were the perfect example for using modern technology efficiently. Not only did we enjoy the explanations in English and Spanish, but we also got to taste the wonderful flavor of the final product. WOW! It was delicious.

Thanks to all the mothers who accompanied us. You were of great help with discipline and order.
