Our Enrollment & Records team strives to provide all the information and experiences you need to make sure that ISP is the right fit for your family before you move forward with the admissions process.

Due to the international nature of our school we manage rolling admissions, which means we are able to accommodate families at any moment throughout the school year.

While ISP’s official language is English our admissions team is able to guide you through the process in English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Portuguese!

Admissions Schedule

As an international school, we manage rolling admissions to accommodate families moving in at any moment throughout the year. Given this nature, we are able to start the application process with one semester of anticipation.

If you would like to apply for August, we can start in January and if you would like to apply for January, we can start in August.

Specifically for incoming 11th and 12th graders, we strongly encourage you to submit the applications before June 15th as they require exhaustive review by our academic team.

Step by Step

Step 1

Schedule an On Campus tour or Virtual info session.

We invite you to learn more about our programs, campus and our startling community through a visit at our campus. We enjoy meeting our new families prior to initiating the admissions process to ensure that our philosophy, services, and curriculums meet your family's needs. We also have virtual info session for our families who are unable to visit our campus.

Step 2

Before settling the application fee we recommend getting in contact with the admissions team to schedule a virtual information session or a guided tour, to request this service please fill in the inquiry form.

Please note that starting the admissions process does not guarantee an offer to enroll in the school.

1. Settle $250 application fee per student (non-refundable and does not guarantee the admission). Find the payment details here.

2. Send email to admissions@isp.edu.pa and cashier@isp.edu.pa with the name, grade, proposed date of entry of the student(s), and proof of payment.

3. Once the fee has been processed, admissions will send you a link to get started with the online application.

Access the application portal on the link provided by the admissions

2. Upload all documentation requested:

School records of the past three years (including current one) Passports

Immunization Records

Teacher/Principal email addresses (they will receive a recommendation form to fill in directly from the platform once the application is submitted)

If the student is receiving learning support we need to review an updated neuropsychological report as well as their current Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)

If the student is transferring to 11th or 12th grade we need to know their IB courses

Please don’t forget to click submit at the end of the application. We are unable to review applications that are In Progress.
