Before settling the application fee we recommend you schedule a virtual information session or an on-campus guided tour. To access our Admissions Portal and schedule this personalized session please fill in the inquiry form. 

Space availability and settling the application fee does not guarantee admissions.

If you decide ISP is the right option for your family, you may settle the application fee by: 

1. Settle the $250 application fee per student (non-refundable) via credit card or bank transfer. Find the payment details here.
2. Send an email to admissions@isp.edu.pa and cashier@isp.edu.pa with the name, grade, proposed date of entry of the student(s), and proof of payment.
3. Once the fee has been processed, admissions will notify you to get started with the online application.

Once the fee has been processed, we will notify you that the application checklist items are ready for you to complete. 
Please see below the required checklists per division.

Early Childhood (PK3 & PK4) & Elementary School (Kindergarten to 5th grade)
- Applicant Information: citizenship, languages, current school & household demographics
- Forms: parent questionnaire, MEDUCA declaration form, family declaration form and, if applicable, learning support form.
- Homeroom teacher recommendation form. You only need to provide the email address as the system will automatically send them an email with the form to fill-in directly.
- Uploads: previous three years of school report cards, student photo, birth certificate, and, if applicable, educational testing or diagnosis and/or IEP accommodations.

Middle & High School (6th to 12th grade)
- Applicant Information: citizenship, languages, current school & household demographics
- Forms: parent questionnaire, MEDUCA declaration form, family declaration form and, if applicable, learning support form.
- English, Math & Principal/Counselor recommendation forms (3). You only need to provide the email address as the system will automatically send them an email with the form to fill-in directly.
- Uploads: previous three years of school report cards, student photo, birth certificate, and, if applicable, educational testing or diagnosis and/or IEP accommodations.

The purpose of this phase is to get to know your student better and determine placement for certain courses. 

Once the application is completed, including the recommendation forms by the teachers, we will contact you to schedule interviews and assessments.

PK3/PK4 candidates

We will invite candidates to on-campus playdates to get to know them better and for them to be familiarized with our Early Childhood Program. 

Kindergarten to 5th-grade candidates

We will assess English proficiency of non-native speakers to determine if they will require English as Additional Language support during their transition semesters. 

6th to 8th-grade candidates

We will coordinate an interview with our Principal or Counselor to get a better understanding of their strengths and interests. If necessary, we will assess English proficiency as well. 

9th to 12th-grade applicants

We will coordinate an interview with our Principal or Counselor to get a better understanding of their strengths and interests to determine their fit with our different educational pathways. If necessary, we will assess English proficiency as well. 

We may also schedule additional placement tests for English, Math, and Spanish courses. 

As an international school we support rolling admissions. Please consult the Admissions Calendar to align with your enrollment timeline. 

Once the previous three steps are completed and the application is presented to the Enrollment committee, we will get back to you with the admissions decision.

The admissions decision could be one of the following:  

1. Regular Admissions 
2. Admissions with required additional services in case your child(ren) will require additional support in or outside of school, we list these stipulations in a letter attached to the offer email. 
3. Waiting Pool in case we don’t have space in a specific grade. 
4. ISP cannot support your candidate at this time We review every case individually and there are cases where due to resources or capacity we are unable to support your children’s journey at ISP. 

All offer emails, which are valid for a full school year, automatically reserve the space for your children for 10 calendar days while you coordinate the respective payments. After the 10 calendar days, you will be subject to availability at that time. 

If you decide to defer enrollment to the next school year, we will have to re-start the admissions process. 

Once you have received the admissions decision on the Admissions Portal, you must settle the corresponding payments within 10 calendar days and complete the enrollment checklist, which includes the school's policies, your image use preference and the school contract to reserve your candidate's seat.
