Before settling the application fee we recommend getting in contact with the admissions team to schedule a virtual information session or a guided tour, to request this service please fill in the inquiry form. 

Please note that starting the admissions process does not guarantee an offer to enroll in the school. 

1. Settle $250 application fee per student (non-refundable). Find the payment details here.
2. Send email to admissions@isp.edu.pa and cashier@isp.edu.pa with the name, grade, proposed date of entry of the student(s), and proof of payment.
3. Once the fee has been processed, admissions will send you a link to get started with the online application.

We are currently processing applications for the school year 2022-2023, and will open admissions season for school year 2023-2024 in January 2023. 

Once you have completed the previous step you must

1. Access the application portal on the link provided by the admissions officer
2. Upload all documentation requested: 

• School records of the past three years (including current one) 
• Passports 
• Immunization Records
• Teacher/Principal email addresses (they will receive a recommendation form to fill in directly from the platform once the application is submitted) 
• If the student is receiving learning support we need to review an updated neuropsychological report as well as their current Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) 
• If the student is transferring to 11th or 12th grade we need 

  3. Please don’t forget to click SUBMIT at the end of the application. We are unable to review applications that have not been completed.

The purpose of this phase is to get to know your student better and determine placement for certain courses. 

Once the application is completed, including the recommendation forms by the teachers, we will contact you to schedule interviews and assessments.

PK3/PK4 candidates

We will invite candidates to campus to get to know them better and for them to be familiarized with our Early Childhood Program. 

Kindergarten to 5th-grade candidates

We will assess English proficiency of non-native speakers to determine if they will require English as Additional Language support during their transition semesters. 

6th to 8th-grade candidates

We will coordinate an interview with our Principal or Counselor to get a better understanding of their strengths and interests. If necessary, we will assess English proficiency as well. 

9th to 12th-grade applicants

We will coordinate an interview with our Principal or Counselor to get a better understanding of their strengths and interests to determine their fit with our different educational pathways.

We may also schedule additional placement tests for English, Math, and Spanish courses. 

As an international school we support rolling admissions. Please consult with your Admissions Counselor to align your timeline with the Enrollment Committee calendar.

Our decisions are communicated via email and could be of the following nature: 

1. Regular Admissions 
2. Admissions with required additional services in case your child(ren) will require additional support in or outside of school, we list these stipulations in a letter attached to the offer email. 
3. Waiting Pool in case we don’t have space in a specific grade. 
4. ISP cannot support your children(s) educational journey. We review every case individually and there are cases where due to resources or capacity we are unable to support your children’s journey at ISP. 

All offer emails, which are valid for a full school year, automatically reserve the space for your children for 10 calendar days while you coordinate the respective payments. After the 10 calendar days, you will be subject to availability at that time. 

If you decide to defer enrollment to the next school year, we will have to re-start the admissions process.
