Finding Ways to Stand Out: Matilda Auditions Announced

We are excited to have auditions for Matilda, the MS/HS Musical!
Auditions are the week of August 19 and you can sign-up on the bulletin board just inside the PAC side entrance. You can find more information about preparing for auditions in our audition packet (hard copies in the PAC). ALL MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE WELCOME. Everyone who wants to participate gets in--auditions are just for casting. Most rehearsals will end by 4:30, which still allows for participation in sports and other activities.
Don't want a lead role? No problem! We have separate sign-ups for students interested in being in the ensemble.
Play an instrument? GREAT! Join our pit orchestra, which meets every Tuesday from 3:00-5:30pm in the Band Room. First meeting will be Tuesday, August 27.
Prefer lights, sound, or backstage? AWESOME! Sign-up for technical and behind-the-scenes will happen in a couple of months.
Please email the director, Mr. Bannister, with any questions about auditions or the show!
Note about bussing: The transportation companies are offering 4:30 and 6:00 pm busses with different plans for students in after school activities. Please make sure you contact the bus company and select the right plan so that your student can stay after school and be in the show. Any questions about bussing can be directed to Joe Cruz.
