Kindergarten-2nd Grade Parents:
In order to improve our synchronous meeting time organization the decision has been made to reset passwords for all Kindergarten-2nd grade student Google accounts.
Please watch for a separate email that will be sent today, September 11th, after 4:00pm to assist you with logging into your child’s ISP Google account. All students have an ISP email, which is firstname.lastname@example.org. The xxxxxx represent the student’s ISP ID number, which can be found in Renweb. The email today will include both this email address and a password specific to the child’s homeroom class. Please do NOT change this password.
Beginning Monday, we ask that all students use this ISP specific email, as it allows them to freely enter all Google Meets, and will identify the student by his or her name. Currently teachers have to manually accept each student as they join a Meet, which makes it challenging when already greeting students and beginning a lesson.
If you do not receive an email with these new credentials by 5pm on Friday 11th September, please fill out this google form with the name and class of your child, and a contact email address where we can resend this information.
When you have this information please follow this video which will show you how to log your child into their Google Account. When you have done this once you should not need to do it again.
If you have any trouble logging in your child, please contact email@example.com to set up a quick tutorial with our technology department on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
If you are unable to meet with Tech early in the week, we will have Tech Help Office Hours during our Open House, which you can access via this link.
