At this age group, flag football at ISP is focused on developing skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning and teamwork.

Sub 15 FF

At this age group, flag football at ISP is focused on developing skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning and teamwork. This team will play in league competitions within Panama City. 

Sub 17 FF

At this age group, flag football at ISP is focused on developing skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning and teamwork.
