Volleyball

At this age group, volleyball at ISP is developmental and skill based in focus. Students will learn the rules of the game and develop the technical, physical and tactical elements of volleyball. This team will play in some friendly competitions within Panama City. Student athletes and parents are encouraged to read the Athletic Handbook for more information on the athletics program at ISP.

Varsity volleyball is highly competitive and focuses on applying technical, tactical, physical and psychological principles while maintaining a positive sportsmanship at all times. This team will play in league competitions within Panama and travel to AASCA Volleyball.
