The International School of Panama is now accredited by NEASC

We are excited to announce that we have officially received accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC)!

ISP has come a long way since its foundation in 1982, and our school desired a more rigorous set of standards with customized guidance to reach our full potential. NEASC aligns more with our commitment to excellence and the quality of education we strive to provide for all our learners.

NEASC, founded in 1885 by the President of Harvard, amongst its scope of services has a specialized team that explicitly supports international and IB-accredited schools to meet their unique strategic goals.

As of 2024, ISP is officially accredited by NEASC based on their Foundation Standards. Because our initial evaluation was highly regarded, we are already moving to their highest tier of review based on the NEASC ACE 2.0 Learning Principles. These standards shift the focus from accreditation to building a cutting-edge learning program for our community.  This also signals to colleges and universities around the world that ISP is an exceptional learning institution whose students will excel in their post-secondary studies.  This is great news for our 2024 graduates, who will receive a NEASC-accredited diploma!

Please join us in celebrating this extraordinary milestone in ISP's history that marks the beginning of a new journey towards higher educational quality, continuing to meet and exceed global standards that will enrich every learner in our school.

We will no longer belong to COGNIA, previously known as AdvancEd.
