As a non-profit school, ISP is governed by a Board of Trustees. Carrying on the traditions of our founding families, our school board ensures that ISP perpetuates its goal to provide world-class student-centered education, inspiring lifelong learners for a future without borders. The ISP Board of Trustees is comprised of 5 elected members and 4 appointed members.

Robbert van Trooijen
Robbert van Troojen
is the founder of Inception Partners LLC in Panama, an advisory in logistics and supply chain management. In a career spanning more than three decades, Robbert has lived and worked throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East/South Asia, Europe and Latin America in senior executive roles. His last corporate role was that of President of A.P. Moller-Maersk in Latin America until June 2023, with responsibility for the company’s Ocean Transportation and Logistics in Latin America and the Caribbean. Robbert holds a degree in Business Administration from his native country, the Netherlands, supplemented with executive education at Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
In addition to his ISP Board membership, Robbert is on the board of the Sheltersuit Foundation, a charitable foundation that supports the unsheltered, and Georgia Tech’s Panama Logistics Innovation and Research Centre in Panama. Finally, Robbert is a returning Board member in ISP, having served 2013-2015. Together with his wife Sandy, Robbert is a parent to 4 children, one of which attends ISP and three who are ISP Alumni.
Robbert sees the role of the ISP Trustee Board as one to support the Head of School in ensuring ISP remains a top-level institution, creating a healthy and inclusive learning environment for present and future generations of students.

Marta Ferrer
Marta Ferrer
has been part of the ISP family for more than 35 years, first as a student, then as an alumni and now as a parent. Her son Luca and daughter Camila joined ISP in Pre-k and are now in Middle School and High School, and Marta has always been actively involved with the school, volunteering to help with the PTA and continuously participating in community events. Joining the Board of Trustees felt like a natural step for her, as she wished to formalize her contribution to the school and share her professional expertise as well as her strong connection to the ISP spirit. After graduating ISP in 1995, Marta earned her BA from Tufts University in Boston and then worked in the magazine and newspaper industry, later pursuing an MA in Journalism from Columbia University in New York in 2002. Almost a decade later Marta left her career in journalism to work full time in her family business, a health and pharmaceutical distribution company, through which she launched and continues to run the Vitamin Shoppe franchise of retail stores. Looking back, Marta deeply values her ISP education for providing her not only with a strong academic skill set, but also with an open-mind, a global mentality and a strong set of core values. She is certain Luca and Camila will one day say the same thing. (Elected, 2022-2025)
Jan Petter Eskildsen
Jan Petter Eskildsen
Jan Petter is currently a Director for the Financial Sector at IDB Invest, the private sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior to joining the IDB Group, he worked in investment banking at UBS and Lazard, in New York and Panama City. He earned a Law and Political Science degree from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panamá, and a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has three girls at ISP, currently in high school, middle school and elementary school. Jan's main objective as an ISP Board member is to contribute his skills to provide direction and oversight to the School’s management, so ISP maintains its position as the top-level institution that it is. Juan Carlos Camargo
Juan Carlos Camargo
is an appointed Board member representing Procter & Gamble. Juan Carlos is a Corporate Lawyer for Procter & Gamble with more than 32 years of experience and is currently P&G's Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs and Information Security and a member of P&G Latin America’s Leadership Team. He earned his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia and a Masters of Law from Cornell University. He has two children at ISP and has been closely associated with ISP since 2009 when P&G moved its headquarters to Panama as well as advising previous P&G members on the ISP Board. He hopes to continue to contribute as P&G's representative on the ISP Board in the areas of good governance, operational discipline and strategic planning, areas which remain key to ISP’s sustained excellence in education and in the development of future leaders for the region, which is also a strong passion in his long standing career with P&G.

Gretel Ciniglio de Pérez
Gretel Ciniglio de Pérez
is a Senior Partner at FABREGA MOLINO with more than 20 years of experience focusing on Wealth Management, Wills, Estate and Succession Planning, and Family Business and Family Governance cases. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science from Universidad de Panamá and subsequently obtained an LLM-DESS in Business Law from the University of Geneva and the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. She leads FABREGA MOLINO FOUNDATION and her firm's corporate social responsibility program, community service, and pro bono programs. In addition, she is a Founding Member and Member of the Board of Directors of FUNDACION WIP PANAMA. Gretel's main objective as an ISP Board member is to contribute her skills and expertise, both as a lawyer and as a mother, in implementing the school's corporate governance strategy, ensuring that it is consistent with its diversity and inclusion principles. Rafael Quinn
Rafael Quinn
Is a Panamanian businessman and Co-Founder of Alternative Holdings. Aside from his private business interests, Rafael has also served on the board of the Asociación Nacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza (ANCON) since 2010. Rafael looks forward to using his finance background in assisting the Board to achieve its mission of guaranteeing the long-term viability of ISP as the leading education environment in Panama. He has no doubt that working together, the Board, faculty, and parent community can maintain this amazing tradition. (Appointed, 2024-2027)
Moritz von Wilmowsky
Moritz was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2023. He is the founder and CEO of Greentec Energy, a company developing Solar- and Windfarms as well as Corporate Energy Solutions for large and medium sized companies. The company is active in Latin America, Caribbean and Germany. The mission of Greentec is to contribute to the decarbonization of Energy and allow companies to switch to green, cheaper and more reliable Energy.
He graduated with Diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He is also a graduate of Toulouse Business School in France.
He is engaged in the Panama Chapter of the international Entrepreneurs Organization EO.
Moritz and his wife Rocío enjoy with their two children family activities such as traveling, nature, skiing in Colorado as well as the Alps, Bicycling and Tennis.
As a board member Moritz provides an international angle to the further development of ISP as a leading international school. Together with the other board members and the school leadership he works on ensuring that ISP has the right strategy and execution plan in place so ISP can strive and ranks among the best Schools in Americas. With his engineering expertise he is also involved in the extension and improvement of the ISP campus.

Eliza Jeronimo
Eliza Jeronimo
Eliza Jeronimo brings a wealth of experience in law enforcement and international operations to the Board of Trustees of the International School of Panama. Currently serving as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Panama, Mrs. Jeronimo is an accomplished leader with over 22 years of extensive experience in advancing global initiatives to combat transnational criminal organizations and supporting national security.
With a distinguished career in federal law enforcement, Mrs. Jeronimo has held several leadership positions within HSI. Prior to her current role, she was the Operations Chief for the Asia and Middle East Regions at HSI Headquarters International Operations. Mrs. Jeronimo also spearheaded the agency’s cybercrime efforts, including worldwide initiatives to protect children from online predators and threats. She has a proven track record in developing partnerships with federal, state, and private sector entities, as well as academia and foreign governments.
Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong focus on education and capacity-building, continuously working to enhance the skills and knowledge of her teams and partners. She has also been actively involved in developing training programs and strategic plans to improve organizational effectiveness and response capabilities.
Mrs. Jeronimo is a passionate advocate for supporting women and diversity in law enforcement, leadership roles and recruitment. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within her teams, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.
Mrs. Jeronimo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. Her extensive leadership experience in federal law enforcement and global perspective, combined with her dedication to public service, strategic vision and collaborative stills, makes her a valuable asset to ISP’s Board of Trustees. Cristina de Alba
Cristina de Alba
Cristina was born and raised in Panama and has had a strong connection to ISP for many years. Her
sister is an ISP alumni, and both of her parents served on the Board of the school. Her daughter Olivia,
currently in 10 th grade, has been at ISP since 2020. Cristina values the way the school supports its
students as individuals and believes in ISP´s mission to inspire and challenge every learner to reach their
full potential, and become curious, independent and compassionate citizens of the world.
After graduating high school in Panama, Cristina obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at
Georgetown University (2000), and a Juris Doctor degree at Tulane University Law School (2003). She
then moved to New York City to take the New York Bar exam and work at the law firm Schulte, Roth &
Zabel. In 2004, she moved back to Panama, and has been practicing law in Panama since. She hopes that
her experience as a lawyer can be valuable for the Board of Trustees of ISP, and is excited to actively
contribute, through membership in the Board of Trustees, to continue the school’s mission.
